Enhance the performance and safety of electric vehicles (EVs) with efficient thermal management of lithium-ion batteries. Our study delves into crucial aspects of EV battery temperature control, addressing obstacles and proposing innovative solutions. By examining current and emerging technologies, we provide insights into the best approaches for effective thermal management. The project focuses on a Renault Zoe battery, utilizing SOLIDWORKS for 3D modeling and ANSYS for CFD analysis of cooling plates. Through simulations and analysis, we aim to create sustainable and reliable thermal management solutions for EVs, advancing towards a more efficient and eco-friendly mode of transportation.
