
Innovative Solar Concentrator Design and Implementation for Enhanced Energy Efficiency and Sustainability

Our project involves the design and implementation of a sophisticated solar concentrator system, integrating a two-dimensional tracking mechanism for optimal performance in terms of elevated temperatures, maximum power output, and precise sun tracking. Leveraging SolTrace program and 3D SolidWorks modeling, we conducted thorough research and design optimization to develop a parabolic dish and fluid-based heat exchange mechanism capable of achieving temperatures up to 500°C. This innovative system features precise sun-tracking equipment to ensure continuous alignment with the sun's path throughout the day while demonstrating resilience to wind disturbances. By contributing to solar energy technology, our comprehensive solution holds potential applications in various industrial processes and renewable energy production, thereby advancing sustainable energy solutions for a greener future.
