Enhancing Transformer Performance: ANSYS 3D Maxwell Simulation for Voltage Elevation

In response to our Colombian client's requirement to elevate the primary voltage of a transformer from 7620V to 12700V while maintaining a secondary voltage of 240-120V and a power rating of 15kVA, we conducted detailed simulations using ANSYS 3D Maxwell.

Our analysis focused on core loss, standard loss, AC waveforms, and current density, providing essential insights into the transformer's performance under the new voltage specifications. This project showcases our commitment to delivering tailored solutions for optimizing transformer design and functionality.
