Explore the dynamics of swirling jet impingement and heat transfer characteristics with our project, employing computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and experimental analysis. We delve into key factors like outlet diameter, swirl number, and Reynolds number, assessing how inlet shape and nozzle outlet diameter influence fluid dynamics and heat transfer. Utilizing SOLIDWORKS for CAD design and subsequent CFD simulations, we validate results against experiments. Our study includes design modifications to gauge heat transfer rate variations, aiming to optimize swirling jet performance for superior heat transfer efficiency.
